Payment Options

At Haven Animal Hospital, we are proud to be part of a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive veterinary care for your beloved family member. We are a dedicated and compassionate group of individuals providing optimal care for your pet through state of the art radiology, surgical and dental procedures, on-site laboratory and the highest quality medical supplies. These services along with our well trained professional staff ensure the safest environment, procedures and medical treatment for your pet.

Our staff will provide you with a treatment plan for the services and treatments recommended at the time of admission. Routine medical services can also be estimated before service is rendered. If you are unable to pay for all the medical services the doctor or technician will gladly assist you in determining what are the most important treatments at this time for your pet.

Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

We accept cash, checks and the following credit and debit cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discovery

We understand that medical needs can be unplanned due to emergencies or age related illnesses and

it may be difficult to pay for at the time of service. This is why in addition to standard payment options, we also offer pet health insurance plans, Scratch, and Care Credit for financial assistance and future planning. There are multiple health plans to fit

your pets needs. Please ask us for more information.

Scratch offers two payment options that will not affect your credit score.

1: Pay Over Time

Spread payments over 1 year with 12 simple payments.

2: Pay Later

30 days, interest free. No credit inquiry required.

Care Credit is a credit option that makes monthly payments easy and is INTEREST FREE if paid in full within 6 months. You can receive approval immediately by applying on-line either here or at home through a quick application process @ www.carecredit.com. We are happy to provide you this option to allow you to make convenient, low monthly payments.

Highlights of the CareCredit program:

  • Low Monthly Payments (3% of the Total Balance)
  • Interest Free For 6 Months
